Outlook Viewer

Outlook Viewer is Windows software for accessing Outlook PST, MSG and EML files. Use it for accessing and converting the content of your Outlook messages.

Outlook Viewer can display email messages that are formatted in text, html, or Rich Text format, and can even render complex emails containing OLE embedded objects like photos and attached files. Extract Outlook file attachments or images from your email and save them to your desktop.

Search your Outlook messages for text strings, and then copy those of interest to a separate folder.

Converting Outlook email to .pdf

Outlook Viewer lets you convert one, or tens of thousands of email messages directly to PDF in a single operation.

Select the email message you want to convert
Click the "Export" button
Select the export format (PDF, TXT, JGP, BMP, GIF, TIF, etc)
Configure the naming scheme. Outlook Viewer supports "bates stamp" style naming
Configure the miscellaneous criteria, such as how to handle file attachments, whether the file name should be included in the exported document.

The length of time required to complete the export will depend upon the number of email files selected, the graphic format chosen, and the type of email documents (html formatted emails with hosted graphics take longer to render than text formatted emails).
